PAIR CAMPBELL SIGNED SCHOONERS
Pair of paintings , oil on board, of lovely Schooners. One is entitled "Bleu Schooner" These are signed by Campbell and there is a biography on the back of one of the pair that appeared in Decor Magazine in the April 1969. Gorgeous custom framed, deep,distressed and complimenting with linen inset. Measures29 x 23 framed. Shipping $36.00; additional Canada These are stunning paintings, with anincredible use of color and light. (The color of the paintings are closer to the first and sixth picture, where I used the flash) A wonderful addition to any room or collection. CAMPBELL Born in Ohio, Campbell spent 5 years in the Air Force, mostly as an arial engineer, though he was a licensed pilot. He had five years of intensive academic art training after the military and for 15 years was a successful commercial artist. He left a lucrative career to become a painter.
